Chocolate matters

"How do you make chocolate? You take dark chocolate, you mix it with white milk, and it becomes a delicious drink. That is the chocolate I am talking about," said Mayor Ray Nagin. "New Orleans was a chocolate city before Katrina. It is going to be a chocolate city after. How is that divisive? It is white and black working together, coming together and making something special."

Actually Mayor Nagin, you take the cacao seed, roast it, grind it, mix it with sugar, milk & cocoa butter, heat it up & then mold it into a desired shape. That's how you make chocolate. The recipe you provide would simply yield a glass of milk with a hunk of dark chocolate sitting at the bottom, not so delicious.

Also, white and black working together makes gray, it's really not all that special.
