The Morning After

Yesterday we had a nice time celebrating Independence day. We spent most of the day at Strawbery Banke in Portsmouth, then we headed back home for some cooking out and pool-time for the kids. Here are some pictures that were taken at Strawbery Banke...

Love the pictures!

My favorite is the one with all the kids making faces.

This is what holidays are all about....getting together with family and friends. Making lots of memories so we can say, "remember when".

Love the stance that "Jason Jeremy" has. Very KA-RAH-TAY!

Amelle's reaction to the fireworks this year was, "MINA, LOOK! THEY'RE DRIPPING!!!!!"

I have to admit that I did miss the annual Glenside 4th of July parade, etc... July 4th was like "the big show" for our block - we were in the perfect location for all the festivities.

On the other hand, the weather was always in the 90s and we would sweat our butts off just sitting, so it was nice being able to actually move outside this year.
