Kids Night Out

Well, technically we are somebody's kids. The 4 adults (I use the term loosely) actually got out together without any kids. We had a great time at Morton's Boston while my mom watched 4/6ths of the kids. Of course, we were all yawning by 10:00, not exactly party animals.

Erin you're looking very stylish - nice scarf. I wish someone would dress me - I want to be on the show "What Not to Wear". I guess I can't expect much when I buy my clothes at Goodwill & Walmart.

Why thank you Mrs. K! Truth be told, I don't know where that scarf came from - I've had it for years and years and had most recently been using it to tie up Amelle's hair at night. I actually pulled it out from her dresser to use. I really need to shop for myself more often - I tend to spend all my time (and money) clothing the kids! :-)

We wanted it but we didn't get it - I couldn't move after the steak... If I had even tried to take one bite of cake I fear that I might have exploded, for real.

Sooo, where are we going for our "girl's night out" when I come up this month? You, me, Wendy?? The guys can baby-sit, right?!?

well.....when are you coming up? ..or am I just going to roll over one night and find that you guys slipped in after dark and made yourselves comfortable in our bed?

Let's just say that we all got the filet mignon (with side of bernaise sauce), and we all couldn't move. None of us talked when our food came - it was SO good!

Erin and I both had overstuffed bellys and overstuffed feet (we both wore inappropriate shoes to walk around Boston in - especially since we walked the wrong way to the restaurant and had to backtrack - ouch!!).
